1. Service
Novitum Technologies OÜ offers Pulse Travel as a city guide for visitors and residents. Basic guide access is free. Business, hotel and destination offerings depend on country and plan; requesting information does not itself create a payment obligation.
2. Information and third parties
Information is indicative and may change; confirm opening hours, prices, availability and terms with the venue or organiser. Third-party businesses and services are responsible for their own offerings.
3. Contracting and payment
The scope, price, applicable taxes, billing period and payment method will be provided before contracting. Contracting may be assisted; where online payment is enabled, the provider and conditions will be shown during the process. If an automatically renewing subscription is agreed, it is billed for the agreed period until cancelled under the terms disclosed at contracting.
4. Cancellation and withdrawal
Request cancellation at info@novitum.io. Subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period under the agreed conditions, without prejudice to applicable legal rights. Unused days are not refunded pro rata unless required by law or contract.
Consumers may exercise any applicable statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts within the relevant period and subject to applicable conditions and exceptions. Starting a service or digital content during that period does not automatically remove the right: legal requirements apply and, where applicable, a proportionate charge may be due for services already provided. Contact us with a clear statement to exercise it.
5. Use and accounts
Provide accurate details, protect your credentials and do not misuse the service, access restricted areas or extract data in bulk. Account features and deletion are described in the app.
6. Intellectual property and liability
Brands and content belong to Novitum or their respective owners and licensors. The guide does not replace official third-party information. Nothing limits consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Law and jurisdiction
Each contract will specify the applicable law and, where appropriate, jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
